Tenor Madness "TM" alto saxophone mouthpiece. This is a nice playing, wide open alto saxophone mouthpiece that measures .084". The baffle shape looks a lot like a NY Meyer. Just like it, the side walls are slightly scooped. This mouthpiece is in excellent condition, and the table, tip and rails are nearly perfect.
