Our Easy Return Policy

All of the products that we sell are rigorously play tested to ensure that they are up to the highest quality standards. We stand behind every item that we sell and are committed to offering the highest quality and value in the saxophone marketplace.

However, if your purchase is not to your liking, we offer a 7 day return policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping/insurance both ways as well as a 3% restocking fee for US purchases or 4% restocking fee for international purchases. For Shop Pay Installments purchases, there is a 6% restocking fee. If you want to exchange the sax for store credit within those 7 days, no restocking fee will be charged.
