Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone, s/n 193,xxx. Here's a great example of a medium bow Mark VI alto sax. The lacquer is all original, about 95% intact. The overall condition of the horn is great. The body is all straight and all posts and key guards are perfect and have never been resoldered. The neck is in great shape and has never been pulled down. The sax was just serviced by Washington DC's best repairman, and everything feels great. My tech only needed to replace a few pads, and verything is sealing perfectly now. The action feels great on the horn. It's very quick and absolutely silent. This is a great playing alto, and has a great core and power to the sound. It plays a lot like a 140-150K alto.
