Otto Link alto saxophone mouthpiece, marked as a 7*. John Reilly, a.k.a. The Mouthpiece Doctor, refaced this mouthpiece and added a baffle to it. To me, Otto Link alto mouthpieces can sometimes be a bit too dark sounding because the baffle is deeper compared to other mouthpieces. This mouthpiece has an added baffle that adds some extra sizzle and pop to the sound. The end result is a mouthpiece with a large opening with some nice aggression but still very much in the tasteful realm.
