King Saxello Soprano Saxophone, Near Mint Condition
1920's King Saxello soprano saxophone. This sax is near mint condition which is quite amazing considering that it's around 90 years old. It had a recent overhaul and the pads are in mint condition and seal perfectly. The horn has a gold wash bell and satin silver plating. The bell is in great condition with very few imperfections. The silver plating is nearly 100% present, with a couple areas on the bell and neck that have rubbed off over time. This is essentially a time capsule saxophone.
This horn is compelling for both the player and collector. It plays and responds like a soprano saxophone and has a beautiful warm sound. It's very fun to play with a direct, warm sound.
