205,xxx Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone, Original Lacuqer, Just Serviced, Video
Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone, s/n 205112. This sax has its original lacquer and approximately 95% remains. My repairman just serviced the horn, replacing 8 pads, 14 key corks, one felt and the neck cork. The rest of the pads are on the older side but are sealing well. The neck is original to the horn and has never been bent down. The sax comes in its original case which is in average to poor condition. All of the latches still work.
This is a great playing sax that has a full sound that can easily project. A lot of players seek out tenors around the 200,xxx range because of these characteristics, and this one delivers. It's a monster player.
