Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone, s/n 195216. Here's a one-owner saxophone that was previously owned by a professional musician. It's in great shape overall. I don't see any dents or previous dentwork. The sax has no lacquer and appears to have been previously stripped. I don't think it was ever relacquered. The neck is original and has never been bent down. The pads are in great shape and have a lot of life left. My repairman just serviced the sax, so the pads seal well and the horn plays effortlessly in all registers.
Mark VI tenors around the 200,xxx range are top notch horns and an excellent value. They tend to have great projection and and are perfect for a wide range of musical styles. I love this serial number range, and think it offers a ton of value. This horn really speaks well in all registers, and has a great sound and presence.
