1923 Conn New Wonder Soprano Saxophone, Gold Plated, Fresh Overhaul
1923 109,xxx Conn New Wonder soprano saxophone with original gold plating. This sax just received a full mechanical overhaul from Eric Beach prior to sale. It's outfitted with Pisoni Pro pads and flat metal resonators.
The condition of this sax is quite remarkable considering that it's nearly 100 years old. The gold plating is almost completely intact, and the body tube is perfectly straight. This sax has a warm, full sound through all registers and plays remarkably in tune despite its age. The sax comes in a vintage case that is in great condition.
