190,xxx Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone, Video, Original Lacquer, Just Serviced
Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone, s/n 190909. I acquired this sax from the original owner who purchased it while he was studying music in Boston, MA. He had it overhauled by Emilio Lyons approximately 15 years ago. Since then, it hasn't been played much. The pads are still in good condition. My repairman just serviced the horn, replacing two pads and the neck cork. The sax feels super locked in, with an amazing lower register. The low notes respond effortlessly. Even with a 15 year old Emilio overhaul, you can tell that this horn has been worked on by a great repairman. The sax comes in the original case, which is in poor condition and covered with tape.
